Hey, that's good stuff. My dad went deer hunting, but he never had the venison made into jerky. However, our neighbor did, and gave us a bunch. He also gave us salami made of venison. That was good, too, but I prefer regular salami.

We're pretty lucky, we have an almost bottomless supply of fresh and/or frozen venison all year. I can't tell you how or why, though... [Big Grin]
