My favorite is when he's got the flowerpot and is telling the flower how he controls whether it gets enough water and lives or dies.
Then it starts raining.
Edit: Second favorite is the one where Calvin asks what Hobbes would wish for if he had one wish. Hobbes says a sandwich, and Calvin tells him how lame that wish is - he should wish for money or power.
The last frame shows Hobbes eating a sandwich and saying, "I got my wish."
