I wish I could chat from this computer but I can't.

I'm stuck at work because we have some contractors working on a fancy ventilation system for our fume hoods. They had something malfunction and are still here at 6pm. And someone from the company has to be here with them, just on principle.

So I'm stuck. I don't think I'd get in trouble if I ran to mc donalds and came back though.

You should make them sing to you while they work to keep you entertained.

AJ I might have missed it, but how did you do at your dogshow. Or was I totally confused. I have very little knowledge of conformation but I have done a little obedience (mostly 4-H but also an open show) and agility.

stuck again... wish they'd fix the stupid venting system already, seems like everything that can go wrong is going wrong. And I forgot my purse today, so I can't go get anything to eat at the vending machines.

The purse was an invention of Steve's. He pretty much nagged me into using it. I used to just carry a wallet like a guy. However, I kept losing the wallet and he kept having to find it and got sick of it and made me go to a purse.

The purse, being significantly larger (though still almost the smallest I can find, my two checkbooks are a tight fit) is easier to locate. I thought it was in my backpack, which is what I use in lieu of a briefcase for work. But it wasn't this morning because I took it out to pay bills and forgot to put it back.

And I need to find a new one identical to the old one because it is wearing out, but they don't seem make them that way anymore. I refuse to carry anything huge.

Just wear a leather fanny-pack with the belt lengthened crossbody over the shoulder for that macho bandolier look.

Mine is huge, so you wouldn't like it. It was designed to carry a laptop.

I carry all of my keys, cards, and cash in my jeans pockets. Mark hates it because my cards end up all scratched and I sometimes forget to transfer everything to the next day's pants. He actually wants me to get a wallet. He hasn't broached the p-word yet. [Smile]

Interesting small purses:

Recycle! (and even smaller)
Kinda flashy.
Wedgie.
An engineer's dream.
What if you bred a wallet with a purse?
The cheapest.
I like this one.

I like that last one, too! Though I don't like their suggestion that you wear it as a belt purse... [Smile]

And I would want it to have a cool stripe on it like all of my other bags...

You know, I could probably just write to that company and see if they would make a purseish kind of thing for me... Hmmmm....

*muses*

AJ, did you get to go home yet?

Don't know the company. I don't think there is much ID on it or if there was it has worn off.

It isn't much larger than this purse from rivkas links which has possibilties.

What is the definition of a "clutch" purse? that is I think basically what I have with the addition of a longer strap.

I don't think clutch purses have a strap at all - you "clutch" them. They are good for going out or for parties, but not very practical for everyday use.

I know they can be expensive, but I would check out the purses that Coach carries. They last forever. They have little wristlet purses that are very small.

sorry, I just like purses
