I just saw a review for this new film.

Here's my question: what does it mean when you see a movie review and think it'll be a great reccommendation for both
A) your five-year-old brother and
B) your boyfriend ?

You hope they aren't one in the same.

I don't know what this means, but I liked it [Wink]
EDIT : unless it means you should take them both to the cinema as soon as you have the opportunity to.

There's female tiger naked.
Actually there's a sex scene.
Nothing crude, I have to add.

My wife and son both want to see this film. REALLY want to see this film. They also want me to take them to Garfield. I do not want to see either and do not understand why my wife cannot get into her car and drive to the nearest multiplex. They can make a day of it and watch both!

Nope, they insist that I take them.

I HATE CATS!!!!!! My favorite book of the 80's was 101 uses for a dead cat. I could not stand those stupid Garfield dolls on suction cups that everyone used to have to put in their windows.

I HATE ANIMAL MOVIES!!!!! I told my wife that I will only go see and animal movie if it is narrated by Rex Allen. It must also contain the song "Born Free." Disney's recent remakes of The Incredible Journey were lame. The remake of Gentle Ben had me hoping people were going to eat bear meat for supper.

So, I am going to have to break down and go to at least one of these equally stupid movies. I'm having a problem picking the lesser of two evils.

Rule of thumb: the foreign film is always the lesser of the two evils.

I've never seen a dumb French animal movie. I have, however, see Beethoven.

A cat says "miaou", I don't think we have a particular word for tigers (sorry, Hobbes [Wink] )

We would say "le rugissement" but no word to imitate it.
