Too many tech support jokes on that site. If you're doing your job as a system administrator, you won't do any tech support. [Smile]

(Note: unless, of course, you are the Generic Computer Guy at a small shop, responsible for all Computer Stuff(tm), in which case you aren't so much a System Administrator as you are a modern amalgam of P.T. Barnum and Merlin.)
