Backstory: Last week I had my yearly evaluation at work. Unfortunately, someone screwed up along the way, and they tried to give me less than what I deserve based on their own calculations. Anyway, it's been held up all week.

Today: Today I woke up feeling like crap and facing a twelve hour shift. When I got to work, Supervisor A saw me walk in and didn't even let me put my stuff down before pulling me aside. Complete with an official letter, I was informed that, as a result of a "market study" I will be receiving a raise effective immediately. I asked if it came before or after my evaluation. He said before since my evaluation hadn't been turned in yet because of the mixup. Sweet.

Five minutes later Supervisor B pulls me aside to tell me that the problem with my evaluation was solved, and I'm getting the amount I deserve.

Somebody must like me a lot. And I swear I'm all happy and excited. I just don't have the energy to show it.
