A certain Hatrack expatriate got all of 10 points. I got no points, but it doesn't take much to get me to give up these days. "console me! console me! :dodges flying consoles: "that's not what I meant."

Darn, I only had 144 out of 150 points. So I missed some stuff somewhere. Anybody ever figure out what's up with Ned?

Also, what was with that guy in the tree? I don't remember doing anything with him, and yet I got 150/150.

That's Ned - I found out his name, but never could do anything with him.
-----SPOILERS----
There are some things I didn't do right, i'm sure. What about that shirt - did you ever do anything with it? I tried giving it to the naked guy but it didn't work.

I only got 5 points, and I quit because I got so frustrated with that thing always pounding me into the ground.

No, Tom, I'm really not. I know this will probably cause me to need to turn in any Hatrack credentials I have, but I haven't played a computer game in about fifteen years. You can snicker all you want - that's okay. I'm willing to play, but I don't know how to get him to move. The arrow keys didn't work. *sigh*

Then I typed in "Turn left", "walk left", and "turn around", and the computer kept saying to type help for assistance. I'm professionally offended by the help, by the way.
*sad* In May, I tried to play Halo. I was so bad, Dave literally abandoned his controller and played on the computer in the other room to give me a chance to kill him once or twice. Sadly, I spent almost ten minutes of that time stuck in a room in a basement somewhere.

Nope - I tried both sets of arrows, and neither of them work. My keyboard's plugged in - I can type! - but the arrow keys don't work.
If that's how you get him to move, I do feel slightly better.

try a different browser, or upgrading your browser. I'm guessing it's a flash game, which means some older browsers would have trouble.

Have you tried "talk man" or "talk knight," Katie? Maybe it won't let you move until you've read his instructions.

Okay, I fixed the browser to the arrows work, and am trying to figure how to shoot the stupid arrow. I could go home, but I'm not! Becuase I'm playing this game! Taalcon, you're evil, I tell you.

press space bar once, press it again to stop the left arrow on the line, and once again to stop the right arrow on the line on it's way back.. don't forget the wind either.

As far as I can tell, where the arrow is pointing has nothing to do with where the arrow hits the target.

kat - watch the little flag, that indicates which way the wind is blowing. the wind has a big impact on where the arrow lands.

I didn't risk it.. I moved the bow to the opposite side the wind was blowing, a bit more so if it was stronger wind.. I never tried to do it without moving, so I wouldn't know, whatever works though.

I got 144 points, too. I didn't get any soda, though, so maybe that was the last six points ...
Are the extra points gained by bypassing the trivia questions by having bribes for the questioners? If so, where do you get the soda?

Ha-ha -- I showed this link to my sons last night -- and it kept them delightfully busy for the rest of the evening so I could watch TV uninterrupted....
Although -- Jack -- my younger son may look you up on AIM today to figure out the parts he couldn't get...
