I have a sinus headache that is killing me.

I think it is because of the weather.

It hurts.

I'm not sure what's in it, but it's an herbal supplement that works even better when taken with ibuprofen. I think it means Nose-allergy-endurance-pill or something.

While you're there, order the spiciest off-menu dish they serve. Your sinus problems will end up in your napkin, and you get a great meal too.

Now, how do you order an off-menu dish? Do you just ask for the off-menu special?

Thai food is more sinus clearing I think than straight chineese.

I think its the stupid weather. We are having a huge barometric shift today and I've notice that that tends to cause my sinuses to act up.

My buddy has been wailing about his sinuses all morning.

Eat anything you like, but apply a generous sprinkling of red pepper and stir. [Big Grin]

Slam your head into a wall. It should clear your sinuses but if it doesn't you'll be unconscious. You can't lose!

You can, but it's not as effective. Splash it on cold pizza - that'll do it.

Or drop some ground red pepper or crushed chili spices in boiling water if you wanna sniff.

I wonder if that's why my eyes and nose have been itching all day long . . .

*wanders off to check barometric pressure gauge*

Huh. Andrew's sinuses have been bad lately, but mine are fine.

Try buying a new pair of shoes. The joyous feelings will boost your immune system and the leather smell will open those sinuses right up.

Now that you're likely home, AJ, try a steamy shower. I also find that a plain saline spray is useful when my sinuses are acting up. Any drugstore should have 'em (make sure there's nothing in it but saline and maybe menthol); or if you have a good squirt bottle, you can boil your own saline.

Is that one of those headaches that start on one side and then move to the next and feel like being trepanned?
Sorry your head hurts.

The thunderstorm is finally here and it appears my sinus pressure has let up. I am planning on a nice hot shower shortly.

AJ
(The headache was kind of above my nose but right between my eyes, still there a bit but not nearly as bad)

I suspect Banna lives closer to town than I do - the thunderstorm rolled through the center of town and left the outlying areas relatively untouched.

With all this rain, I'm hoping we finally get out of the rain debt...overall drought count...thingy.

Weird - I thought someone said you lived in Georgia. My bad.

We had another round of thunderstorms rolling through. Which is always fun. [Big Grin]
