I only watched the last season of Angel in prime time; the rest I've seen mostly in syndication. It's on at 5:00 PM, which during the school year is a really good time for my brain to relax before digging back into the books.

I figure I've seen about 70% of the episodes, enough to know of all the major season-long story lines.

The one I haven't seen resolved is what happens after Angel gets dumped in the ocean by Connor. I've seen the ones before and after it several times each, but always miss this one for some reason. That's the episode that's on tonight, and I actually have time to watch it.

So what day does the cable go out? 57 minutes for them to get their act together or I'll

Arrrgh!

Jeez, Dag -

That's a GREAT episode!

It's the one where Angel gets trapped down there for 3 or 4 hundred years. He gets saved when Jim Kirk and his Enterprise buddies are resuing whales. They put him in an escape pod that slingshots into the past while the Enterprise goes into the future.

He arrives back on earth shortly after having been sunk by Connor.

He is pissed. And he stole a phaser while he was with Kirk and company.

It's a classic.

Bad luck.

*realizes I should have put a spoiler alert on this reply*

sndrake,

What did the whales do to deserve suing much less resuing? I guess our current litigious nature continues long into the future.

Was Angel aware of this high stakes court case? Oops, he probably tries to avoid anything that is high stakes.

Since I have never watched Angel -- I'm assuming this was a spoof off the Star Trek movie involving whales? Huh, Dag?

You all think you're funny. But your not. [Razz]

Cable came back to show Angel confronting Connor, so I still don't know how the hell he got out of the steel drum at the bottom of the ocean.
