I just saw a moon dog. I've never seen that before. It was pretty cool.

The one I saw actually looked more like this, sort of a ring around the moon.

More moon dogs.

I want a moon dog, but I don't think my sun cats would put up with it. [Razz]

I guess I'll just have to go out and howl at the moon...

This brings back one of my most precious memories, Ela. Dave and I were driving way up north alongside the Red River, and the windshield was completely iced over on the inside. We had to pull over, get our moist hot breath outside so the insie of the car could dry out ... and there, in the crunchy crispy air, we saw the moon dogs. [Smile]

What a nice story, Sara. [Smile]

The funny thing is, I never thought you could see moon dogs in Florida - I thought it had to be cold for the phenomenon to take place - so it was pretty neat to see them here. [Big Grin]
