How would you go about testing it in people? Would you find people with alzheimers and get their families to agree to the testing? I realize it'll probably be a while before the technology is ready for human testing, but it raises some interesting questions.

Scary, yes, but also potentially wonderful.
I know a lot of people who've had brain injuries, and it could potentially help them. Heck, it could even potentially help someone like me who has serious memory problems.

Yeah, I feel both exhillerated and more than a little scared about this. It's one of those neutral things that will serve as a perfect canvas for humans to paint on. We're going to do both horrible and wonderful things with it, if history is any guide.
