I think the best way to tease one's hair out is to touch a Van de Graaff Electrostatic Generator, like this guys is doing .

Hobbes, good pic, but I wonder if that guy has been hanging on to that thing a little too long, and that the effect of static has caused his head to litterally reject the hair...
