Well, Nathan's, too -

we have a new family member. A 14 week old kitten, a lovely shade of grey and silver dusting on the chest.

Smokey.

Nathan originally wanted "Liverwurst" for a name, so Smokey - while well-used - is infinitely more dignified. [Wink]

Not that either Pepper or Smokey are dignified (shhh, don't let them hear me say that). Once Pepper got over her angst, the pair of them play and play and play. The kitten adorbaly tries to charge through closed doors, and Pepper gives a good imitation of a flighty kitten right now.

And no, I'm sorry, I don't have pics yet. (Sniff) Although I understand Wal-Mart offers a digital camera for $60.00 - I might have to break down and shop there at least once. [Eek!]

[Big Grin]

I have a grey cat too. His name is also Smokey, though mostly I just call him fatass.

Sounds like Pepper got better? That's awesome! I'm so glad! [Smile] I bet the two of them are very cute together.

Pepper did get better, Tatiana! Yeah!!! Nothing that not eating things better left uneaten couldn't cure, apparently . . .

I have a grey cat! I do! I do!

His name is Oberon, for King of the Faeries. I sometimes call him Obie, Obe Wan Kenobi, ya fat cat, or other names probably best not mentioned here. [No No] He's big, he's fat, and I love him, despite his obvious bald patches. (Mites. Gotta take him to the vet for another round of shots. Poor guy!)
