Once again, flooding is threatening my house. I figure, if all you jatraqueros could get a big straw and just come on over...
Thoughts, prayers, the good mojo, whatever - all welcome.
Here it comes...due to hit around 11 AM central. It's really creepy to watch the waters rise so quickly. Gotta go take more data.

I'm all out of larger-than-normal straws! Darn! Otherwise I would come and help! Good Luck! Oh and add some Kool-Aid mix to the water and maybe more people will come and help?

I make really good mojo with sour orange, lime, fresh garlic, and ground black pepper. I'd be happy to send you some, but I'm not sure what good it will do you. If anything, it seems like it would make things worse.

Good Luck Jenny. My uncle and dad have told my grandma she is not allowed to go to the basement to check for flooding (hartford city, about a half hour from muncie, I think you went to BSU so you might know where I'm talking about), she's been sick and mildly injured lately and is 85, but usually shovels the drive and mows the lawn three times a week, so hard to convince her of this.

Good luck, Jenny. There has been some severe flooding in the southwest corner of my state these past couple days.

Hey, the phone lines are now back up! We're fine. The flood walls did their job, and we are dry. My hubby is a genius. Thanks for the love and prayers.
