All of these jokes have the unmistakeable aroma of milk-cattle droppings. The stench is so thick you can step in it. In fact, then next person who makes a bad pun should get kicked right in their dairy air.

My girlfriend is going, and since it's about half-way between where we both live, it's a good place to meet (we live about 2 hours away from each other).
I've never really paid attention before, but yes, the Pensylvania farm show is always held in January.
Apparently there will be a giant butter sculpture -- I'm kinda excited to see that...
