oooh! I do, I do!

*leaves to go take a bath*

Actually, I was planning on using sea salts, so it will be more of a brine than a marinade...

Mmmm... To marinate in an Indian marinade... If only that didn't meant someone would cook me after that.
I'm an Indian food addict. Tomorrow we're going to one of my favourites Indian Restaurant. Unfortunately, it's in Paris, so we can't go too often. But I already know what I'm taking : Potatoe badjis - Keema Dosai - and mango lassi as a dessert.
*drools*

Ohhhhh Dosai...

*faints*

I will marinate in a '93 Penfolds Bin 407 Cabernet Sauvignon (trust me, it's a good wine [Big Grin] ) of which we were given a case of for our wedding.

[Smile]

(Along with a '92 Shiraz, a '96 Cab Sav and a sensational '95 reisling. Yum.)
