Sure. Stick yourself in an autoclave for about, oh, half an hour and that should kill those nasty flu varmints.

Just pretend you’re not sick. Ignore it. It’ll go away in a few days or weeks

Chop some garlic up and put it in tomato juice... very yummy (at least I think so) and usually helps fight off colds.

Yeah, if by "colds" you mean "vampires."

LD: start taking zinc or echinacea. Don't overdo it (zinc is poisonous in large doses and/or if you build up too much of it over time). But it will reduce the duration and severity of a cold for most people.

Chicken soup is the other weapon in my arsenal.

I had a doctor recommend cold ease. She said it was the most palatable way to take Zinc, and that studies did show that it shortened a cold by a few days.

I'm a fan of the Vitamin C. Citrus fruits and hot caffeine-free tea.

Eat a little wasabi. It will clear those sinuses right up.

What is it you need to be better for?

I performed in "Camelot," with a terrible cold, hardly any voice, and a slight fever. We had three shows in two days. And that was just that weekend. I then had two days to recover before the next performance. We had eight performances total.

Trust me, whatever it is, it can be done! [Wink]

Water was my drug that week. I carried a bottle everywhere I went.
