Finish the series. [Wink] [Razz]

(If you want to discuss OSC's works, you might get more responses if you go to the other board (Discussions About Orson Scott Card).)

Edit: Because it seemed kind of mean when I read it.

You know, there's another side of the forum for this. [Smile]

But in response, she is driven to create the children the Oversoul needs to be able to perform the ultimate mission the Oversoul needs performed. She is doing the Oversoul's will to serve the Oversoul's purpose.

It's been a long time since I've read the series, but I believe Luet and Husidh's mother gave them up to Rasa to raise them immediately after they were born. Someone correct me if I'm wrong, please.

Their mother did figure in the plot. You need to re-read.

Wait - I was pretty sure Thirsty, the motherof Luet and Hushida, was a different wilder woman than the one who smacks Nafai. During the second book, she's been with her husband for a long time.

She is a different wild woman. I am fairly certain, though it has been a while since I read it, that the woman reffered to in these posts is just a random wilder woman, and not a specific person.
