Is there any interest on the part of local Hatrackers in coming to watch Cor and my community theater performance of Harvey? Performances are the weekends of February 18, 19, and 20th, and February 25th, 26th, and 27th. Friday and Saturday performances are at 8:00 pm. Sunday performances are at 6pm.
Maybe we could all get together for drinks or dessert or something afterward . . .

Possibly. Kristine and I are doing a Valentine's weekend thing, so I'll have to see if there will be any money left in the budget for a babysitter.
Actually, it also depends on whether we're able to find a babysitter in our new area.

That's so werid, another member here (Lisha) and I have been planning on watching Harvey together (tomorrow) for about a couple of months. The movie version, but still...
This guy took so many pictures that if you just click on "next" every thirty seconds, you can pretty much get the effect of having been there!

Cool, Ic, though I'm not sure which character is you. I know you've told me the name but I don't know the show well enought to extrapolate who that would be in the photos.

By the way, congrats on getting a mention in the Celebration Independent. The old curmudgeon who runs the paper is a great guy. I really like him.

Serious, or are you joking b/c of Anniegate?
There's a story there I don't know if I told you or not, that I won't say here.

They say that people are a pain in the @$$ when they're getting close to their wedding . . . I guess it's true.
Cor's supposed to have a fitting tomorrow, but the seamstress did not call today. I already told Dana in another thread we were working on it. I have not received your priority mail, but I'll go get my measurements taken tomorrow either way.
I have not responded to your many hints, other than to say we are working on it, because I don't yet have anything new to report. Everything's in progress, and hopefully it will all come together.
You know, considering it took the materials a good couple of months to get here, one would think you'd nag less . . .

I'm only mildly prodding. You'll get to see me really come unglued in 21 days.
As for Alex...I genuinely like the guy. He's a pain, but actually quite funny and engaging in a social setting.
anyway, it's not right of you to bring Cor into this. She's not the one who is late with the tux measurements.
(Anyway, really, the guy was bugging dkw and I thought it'd be fun to send you a card with a return envelope. If you get it done and to him next week, he'll be happy and right on the schedule he gave us when this whole thing started).
Tell Cor howdy! And that we weren't prodding her at all.

Good luck. Seamstresses are becoming notorious as far as I'm concerned.
Well...not ALL seamstresses. I know there are a few here at Hatrack. But apparently procrastination applies as much to dressmaking as to more familiar things like term papers and Federal budgets.
