has anyone heard of or read any novels by Sarah Zettel? I saw a book in B and N today and almost bought it, until i realized it might be anothr series i would be stuck waiting for the next book of.

I was intrigued by her Camelot books, but then saw that she has a finite trilogy, the "Asavalta" trilogy. I thought I would try those first. Any feedback would be appreciated.

I've never heard of her, so this post isn't actually very helpful, but your thread looked so lonely without any replies. Don't you hate it when that happens?

Well, thank you. You are a king among men for helping me out.

Her stuff does look interesting, and after I read my lastest, I am going to give her a try. I did a search on Hatrack, and she has not been mentioned that I could find.

I have read her; well at least one of her books, anyway. I read Kingdom of Cages, and it was good. Not great, it was a bit out there to be honest, and the writing was only fair, but the ideas were cool so I would give her a conditioal recommendation. KoC was sci-fi too, not my usual fantasy, soo that might be why it felt a little forced as well.

Let me know how they are, ok?

I'm just positive I read one book by her a couple years ago. I liked it a lot. It was about aliens and humans. I didn't see it among the works mentioned in her bibliography but that could be because I remember so little about the name or the plot of the book.

OK, those are two good recommendations.

Boy, Kwea, I am so fantasy-bound these days! I used to be a sci fi gal.

I am particularly interested in her Arthur stories, but I don't want to be stranded again like I am with Martin and Haydon.

Boy, when I was trying to find this write on the internet, I searched in Barnes and Noble under "Merlin." Not oone of hers showed up, but I realized I am waaaay behind in my Arthur reading! Wow.

I love kids' books, though. They are some of my favorites. But holy moly, try doing that on B and N.
