Just a reminder that Photoshop Phriday entries are due soon. They were due this Friday but I think I'll prolong it to Friday June 3rd (because of Memorial Day Weekend)
The subject is "Crazy Inventions" and entries need to be clean.

Good. I thought I was the only one. I mean, what is so much better about it than the other browsers? I guess I'm not good enough with computers to understand why a program that bugs me is better than one that doesn't.

Lets see, it doesn't infect your computer with spyware (you can avoid spyware on internet explorer, too, but see rivka's thread for an example of how even reasonably tech savvy people get screwed over), it has tabbed browsing, it has a large number of useful plugins, and it works on more sites written to adhere to standards than IE does.
Honestly, when I surf in firefox I run into essentially zero pages that render badly. This one also renders badly in safari, which is another rarity. Maybe once a month on either browser do I find a badly rendered page, and I have to wonder how people run into them so easily .
The reason it doesn't work well with that page is the generated HTML is atrocious.

No.. But I'll try to figure out how your host works... Usually there's a folder to put it in, usually named "public" , but there is no folder there that displays the webpage.

I don't think so. There's at least three domains on my server space, and I think when you log in under your ID, it will only show you what's in photoshopphriday.com.
So, stuff just goes in there.
