I was reading about that earlier today myself. I can't blame them for wanting to roll their own solutions, really...

Oh, I don't expect any country to subordinate their interests in favor of another country's.
I do, however, expect a shift in the balance of power and the US will have to do some serious reviewing of current ecoomic and political policies in light of that power shift.
Not to mention a shift in the Cold War between Pakistan and India.
Will this alter the US government's attitudes regarding the current trend of outsourcing?
