Yup I had a hatrack dream the other night. Vana and Lime were buying a rocking chair for a baby (not theirs, a gift for a friend of theirs who was having a baby) And Lime kept hopping up from one rocking chair and sitting down in another like a jack in the box. Vana and I were laughing at him because he couldn't make up his mind, whichever he was sitting in at the moment was the most comfortable.
I never did ask Bob to analyze that Hatrack dream I had a few years ago where I proposed to kat. I'll have to do that sometime after the honeymoon when things calm down for him a little bit.
While parsing that sentence, I read it as your honeymoon with kat. After all, you proposed to her, no?

I'm a loud person. *abashed* You could call it vivacious, you could probably call it annoying. My dad frequently asks me to pipe down, and I usually listen.

I had a dream that I was Jewish. It was terrible! I was afraid to move, I kept breaking rules. I couldn't even touch food without doing something embarrassingly bad. Oh, and then I found out in the dream that arranged marriages were the norm and I was supposed to marry this older guy dressed like a very Orthodox Jew and he wouldn't even talk to me or look at me since we weren't related yet.
OK, that has nothing to do with Hatrack except I KKNOW I can blame my Jewish Hatrack friends for this. Rivka especially.

ElJay, I thought the SAME THING. The honeymoon's already planned? That's great! Where are we going?Posts: 26077 | Registered: Mar 2000

Recently, I dreamt I made out with Jenny G, although it was perfectly socially acceptable. I kept thinking, "Hey, my husband said it was okay."
And then last night, I dreamt Christy was pregnant again, but this time with a little boy. I took Sophie shopping, and we got him a bunch of butter-yellow and powder-blue toys.

The wild flowers are fixing to come out. The hills of East Texas will be carpeted with red, orange and swirly pink, and the bluebonnets'll stretch as far as the eye can see.

Oh, are you serious? Yes, come visit! I'll make homemade rolls. And there's so much to do. I haven't seen John since he's been into town, either, so that would be great.

Well, I was thinking that I could potentially -- time and finances permitting -- make a pit stop on my way to New Zealand late this year. I wouldn't bank on it or anything, but it's floating around in the back of my head.
Also, John owes me a beer and I intend to collect!

Winter. December is my plan, but I haven't got anything concrete yet. I do want to go this calendar year rather than blowing vacation days next year early on (though I guess that depends on how long I want to stay here), but of course I have to get the all-clear from my boss first and I don't really want to be asking for upwards of two weeks off when I've only been at work for three weeks.
I'll keep you posted, though, especially once I start talking to Air New Zealand.

Cool. Some other people have mentioned coming, and that would be great if we could all coordinate it.

Wow, when you become you Jewish, you go all out!
And I want to know how this is my fault, when you haven't even asked me any questions on related topics in months?

This is, sadly, an accurate description of me trying to choose between two similarly-comfortable chairs.

Katie, you need to post that roll recipe on the recipe site. Pretty pretty please? Bread is the one thing I don't do well, but Jeff was raving about the rolls on the way home-- and again this morning-- so I guess I'm going to have to try.

You know y'all forgot to take some home, I think. Also, I still have your bowl. We'll just have to do it again and rectify all that.
