No really. The guy seriously thinks that all he has to do to run a successful computer repair company is be a good people person. It drives me nuts sometimes... [/mini-rant]

Clearly, the man doesn't actually believe that computers can be made to run. Therefore, he believes that his company can only succeed if, when people's computers still don't work, they like you well enough to pay you to come over and fail to fix the problem again.
