I have not tried any of these, but they all look interesting and potentially yummy. [Smile]

With bananas
No baking required [Wink]
Or you could use tofu
Does it have to have oatmeal?
Crispy!
No-bake
With nuts

Did you want more? Or is that enough to start?

I've had cookies made with a banana instead of eggs, and they tasted like banana. This outcome wasn't completely bad, but whatever.

I have to agree; I prefer egg substitute when I need to bake without eggs. Bananas taste like bananas.

Of course, they're not going to be vegan if you don't use vegan chocolate chips. Most aren't; they usually have milk products.

Vegan chips taste icky.

In conclusion, ick.

Most of the cocolate chips I use are non-dairy. I don't know for sure that they're vegan, although I think it's likely. And they're quite good.

Actually, most cheap chocolate chips (Smart Choice, No Name, etc) tend to be milkless/vegan. Cocoa butter is not a milk product, as some people seem to think offhand (it does say "butter" after all). I'm not a carob chip fan either, which is what a lot of people use instead of chocolate for vegan things.

As for egg subsititutes, bananas only work in some things. Applesauce is less taste-invasive but it also only works in some things. The best overall egg substitute I've found is this:

1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tbsp. flour
3 tbsp. water
Mix in a bowl with a fork until it's all foamy. This is the equivalent to one egg in a recipe.
