I'm so proud of her, but she's too shy to post this herself.
She got the job teaching the parenting classes to the parents and soon-to-be parents attending high school in Lewisville, Texas. The teacher who is leaving won Teacher-of-the-Year last year, and they were looking for the perfect replacement. And found her. I'm so proud and excited - this will be great for her. Besides being four minutes away (no more hour+ commute), she gets to run her own classroom, which is more like a home than a place with desks, and is doing something that's very important, very fun to teach, and something she devoutedly wanted to do.
Also, is graduating with Masters' degree this spring.
