I am sorry to say it. I apologize in advance to any trek fan but I have to say it. I have to say that compared to Star Trek BSG is probly better. The acting was better, and the content I must say i amazing. I love trek as much as the next person but man I loved BSG. I still love Trek but if I had a choice one night which one to watch I have to say it would be BSG.

I hate to be the one to do this, but - which Star Trek and which Battlestar Galactica?

No sci fi TV show has ever made me tear up as often as this Battlestar Galactica does. The characters are so refreshingly complex and believeable. And the end of last night's episode had us cheering and howling with laughter. [Big Grin]

And man, if you thought Deep Space 9 was difficult to join mid-series, don't even BOTHER with Battlestar. Just rent the miniseries and wait for the first season to start repeating again. [Smile]

Yes, please tell me you're comparing the current BSG to Star Trek, not the 70s version, and for God's sake not the BSG 1980.

Please.

LOL, of course I mean the new BSG, and also I really liek the carrier aspect to its fighting compared to treks surface fleet analogy which confuses me endlessly since sometime they get into situations they win and soemtime they don't, at least they do it well in ST: Starfleet command III the pc game. Now as to WHICH series I compare it too I just compare it generally, however I really liked Enterprise's 4th season.

I stopped watching BSG:new because its an unending bout with paranoia and the same "who's the cylon this week?" theme.
