I have MSN premium that came with my DSL, ansd I have been using it without problem for about a year now, maybe a little less.
So I go in last night to check my e-mail, and I can't access my accounts...they say that I might not be connected to the internet, or that the site might be down. This has happened before, for brief times, so I didn't think anything of it.
I AM still connected to the internet, as my current bittorrent download proves, as does posting/checking Hatrack proves as well.

Today, and all of tonight, more of the same. I can't access any of my 3 emails, Verizon, Hotmail or MSN.

Before it was giving the error message of a specific error when I tried to access the accounts, but now it just keeps saying "connecting". The error message was " Error code : 0x80072eff", not that that makes any sense to me at all. It says that "Your POP3 could not be send due to an unexpected connection problem. Please check your network connection and try again." I checked the connection summery at the Westell site, and I noticed that the connection name had changed, and possibly the ISP # as well. Is that something that could have happened to me without notice somehow? Something that someone could have done to my connection without my permission/notification?
If so how do I fix it so my email works again?
Why do all the titles of the new emails I can see have a title of "?-Unicode(UTF-8) ?

I don't use Verizon, Hotmail, or MSN, so I can't really tell you if mine are working or not... I use Yahoo and Gmail. Sorry!
