I can touch my knees now! I can walk without my back hurting! Yipee! [Big Grin]

I just went to the chiropractor for the first time, and I feel so much better.

I had the initial examination, to see how everything lined up, and it kinda freaked me out a little. I found out that I'm all crooked, and stuff doesn't line up like it should (that explains why my back hurt [Wink] ). When he asked me to lean over and touch my knees (which I could barely do), he gasped and said "ooh...that's not good". Turns out my lower back was twisted, and wouldn't bend on one side or something like that.

Then they brought me into "The Room", and I had to get on "The Chair". It lookes like some kind of torture device, but it was comfortable. Then he came in and had me twist into a pretzel, and then leaned on me hard and my back went "kakakaKOWpaPOW!" It felt good. [Smile] I mentioned that I could pop my back by taking a deep breath, and he gave me an awfull look and told me to get back in "The Chair". Then he leaned on my upper back and it sounded like a drumroll. I felt all the tension in my back just dissappear! I feel great! [Big Grin]

When chiropractors stick to what they do well, they are WONDERFUL!
