I was perusing the July issue of National Geographic and came across a one page picture and a snippet of text about the photographer. They listed a url to visit , which I did, and I thought it worth researching further. I found his personal gallery and I thought those of you that are into photography might enjoy viewing this site. I've only linked the images that are of slices of rock, but there is much more to his site. I thought the rock images were the most interesting, almost like impressionist paintings (I hope that's the correct style). Kinda surreal but evocative of other images. Hope you enjoy it.

Edited to fix messed up link

I suppose the images are more abstract than impressionistic. Obviously art isn't my forte.

Very cool. If I had money, I'd be tempted to order some. [Smile]
