I can't wait to see this!! Why is music from The Nightmare Before Christmas being used in the trailer, though?

They often use music from similar films to "set the mood" in a trailer. Often because the film is still in post production and they're using the temporary score until the composer (also Danny Elfman) can finalize the score. Which you can't really do till you have the final cut of the movie. (otherwise symbols clash in the wrong place and such.)

Danny Elfman + Tim Burton = weird goodness ::happy sigh::

You know what's great?

That trailer premiered on [adult swim].

That, and the movie looks like it'll be a lot of fun. This is certainly one I'll go see.
