Argh, I wish. I just picked up You Forgot It In People, and it's totally ace. "Anthems for a Seventeen Year-Old Girl" is the song of the year.

A friend of mine picked up Let It Die, the solo album from BSS' Leslie Feist. It's pretty jazzy; her voice is just so damn sexy on this album.

Has Broken Social Scene or The Arcade Fire crept out of Canada yet...?

Sigh. I was at the Parliment Building concert for Canada Day, and excepting Kathlyn Edwards and Sam Roberts, it was a waste of time.

I was only vaguely aware of the festival, didn't even know they were playing. I might check it out... thanks for the pointer.

Foust, you must always leave the hill right when the concert starts [Wink] . I was there too and that's what I do. Where were you, I was on the right side of the stage, facing, behind the jutting out section to the side of the stage. [Smile]

I was near the left-side big screen.

How about the streets after, huh? It took my friends and I a good 40 minutes to walk three blocks.
