Well, their birthday is 9/22 of the Shire calendar, which actually does not line up with 9/22 of our calendar.
But that level of geekiness is something my friends cannot fathom. They think I'm geeky enough just knowing that it's on 9/22.

I don't read it but I watch it. My brother has somehow or other acquired episodes up into the mid-200's that have good subs. And I was just talking with someone on LJ, strangely enough, about past Halloween costumes. Dressed up as Temari a couple years ago.

Edit: I actually don't read any manga, mostly due to time constraints, possessing an average reading speed, and wanting to read too many books already.

I'm a Shika/Tema freak, and I write quite a bit of fanfic as a hobby. I haven't yet worn a Naruto-themed Halloween costume, yet; I really lost the motivation to go as Temari back when my husband buzzed off his long hair. Can't be Temari without a Shikamaru.

Maybe I'll have to dig up a picture for you... Since I had no significant other at the time, I suppose I was the pre-Shikamaru Temari.
Planning to check out your LJ some when I get back from getting lunch, but not...er...when I'm supposed to be working, of course.

Meh, it's not all that exciting. I've only been posting to it for a couple of weeks; mainly I use it as the portal to my fanfics. And if you don't have much time to read, there won't be much that you're interested in, as all my fics require reading.
I most definitely want to see the pic. She's my favorite chick; she's the only one with any gumption at all.
You know, as far as reading manga goes, what takes up the most time is waiting for the page to load. Very few words are actually written; Naruto is mostly action.

9/22/1978 = my birthday. This, of course, is by Ohio reckoning. I remember getting a kick out of the fact that I had the same Bday as these two fine hobbits long ago, but had completely forgotten about it until seeing this thread. It's a day late but makes my inner geek smile anyway.
