.... what the MagLite logo actually represents?

We've got a bit of contention going on in the workplace here..... I know what *I* think it is, but after searching I can't find out what the heck it's supposed to be!

It looks like a ram to me. Just my opinion.

There's a "lion and gazelle" story on that site.

Is it a gazelle and/or gazelle/lion hybrid?

See, therin lies the confusion - it *could* be a hybrid, but if not, it doesn't seem to fit the lion - wrong ears - or the gazelle - wrong muzzle.

The other theory floating around is that it's a rabbit - right features, right-ish ears and good night-vision...

No, no, no. It does NOT look like a rabbit.

It looks like a gazelle that's been somewhat lion-ified to me.

Or a ram. Like I said.

('Cause rams are stubborn and hardy and don't give up?)

True, but those aren't ram-cheeks & muzzle...

My boss is convinced it's a rabbit... lol

Yeah, because of the cheeks, I'm betting gazelle, slightly "lionized". *giggles*
