I don't know what it is with your second link, but it wouldn't work for me by clicking on it (however, I was able to go to the link properties and copy and paste the address)
Comparing those two pictures side by side, there is certainly a strong resemblence of character.

I know, I'm not digging Harry's hair. It looked cute on the hobbits but on a teenage wizard who I expect to save the world from Voldemort's domination? Not so cute.

When I first saw the first publicity photos of Daniel Radcliff (sp) many years ago, I was struck by how much he looked like that kid from Radio Flyers, The Adventures of Huck Finn, and The Good Son (Elijah Wood). Then lo and behold a week later I saw the first LOTR poster and said "look at THAT! There he is!"
And he STILL looks like that kid!

No, Daniel Radcliff is much cuter IMO. Though he's lacking Mr. Wood's enchanting eyes, he has a neck and a cuter smile.
