(In the Narrator for Disney Previews voice) Napolean is back in an all new movie! At first I didn't know who he was but then .... I noticed it was the guy who played Napolean Dynamite!
The movie is called "Just like Heaven" and it comes out in September.
It looks like a cute movie and stars awesome actors. I just wished it wasn't PG-13.

Nope. Doesn't look like it. He plays Mark Ruffalo's buddy and seems to exist in sort of a Beavis and Butthead state of "Heh, Yeah." [Smile] But that's just what I saw from the trailer.

I refuse to see it then. Unless I'm given good reason.

"I've been seeing someone who's not quite there."
"You mean she's emotionally unavailable."

That made me chuckle.

He could show emotion in this movie... you can't judge a movie completely from the trailer cover.

Dakota Fanning has always been delightful. I think she'll just get better with age because they'll keep giving her good roles to play.

I'd like to see another flick with Jon Heder in it, but I can't tell from the trailer if this would be enjoyable or not.

Narnia has been getting on my case for complaining too much lately, so I won't say what I normally would about this movie. [Smile]

Feel free to spew any negative or even positive thoughts that you have about this movie. Don't mind me... *takes notes*

Wow Strider...you're observations are so...like Leonide's! [Wink]

I actually want to see it just cause I like Reese Witherspoon and it does look cute from a girly perspective.

edit: and I'm also really curious to see how they're going to pull a happy ending out of this one. Will he get run over by a truck at the end on purpose? Will she be brought back to life?

i think I read the book that this is based on..."If Only It Were True" except in the book, she's not dead, she's in a coma. Maybe that is what it's like in the movie, and they just don't mention it. The girl who threatens him with a knife looks like Reese Witherspoon, maybe it's her sister? And he's going to tell her family that he can see and talk to her!

edit: in the book, she wakes up from the coma. Happy ending! But she doesn't remember him! sad ending. But she's intrigued by him! Happy ending, they'll work it out! Kind of like Sliding Doors...

Seing a movie with Napoleon in it wouldn't make up for having to see a movie with Witherspoon in it.

I hope you didn't just ruin the end of the movie. [Smile]

I'm very excited about the new Wallace and Gromit film coming out - you can see the preview from the link Chris listed.

Edit: First comment was directed to Leonide

Hwoo! At first I thought this was a thread about someone with a "The Cure" cd and explosives.

I loved the Robot Chicken "Napoleon Dynamite"

*Napoleon Dynamite in Bonaparte regelia, on a battle field*

Commander of some sort: What are we going to conquer today Napoleon?

Napoleon Dynamite: Whatever I feel like...GOSH!
