Decongestant (like Sudafed), per label instructions. 12-hour Nasal Spray, per label instructions. (No more than every 12 hours x 3 days). Tylenol or Advil, per label instructions. A cool compress on your forehead. A warm compress over your aching sinuses. A favorite movie on the VCR (or DVD -- whatever), uh, per label instructions. And, oh yeah, do you have anyone to make homemade chicken soup for you? I hope you do. Or maybe a restaurant where you can get some good chicken soup take out. Last resort -- Campbell's.

That should have you feeling better. If not, see a doctor about getting an antibiotic to kill the infection.

Nasal saline spray! Use as often as needed, every 5-15 minutes. Don't point up your nose and squirt, spray a mist into the air and sniff/inhale deeply while holding other nostril closed. Move to other side and repeat.

And also, a humidifier.

I assure you it's humid enough already here. Moreoever, all these drugs are strictly for wimpy Americans; Real Men suffer in silence and seek sympathy on discussion boards. Anyway, I'm feeling a bit better now.

(Nasal saline spray isn't a drug. [Razz] And you're supposed to make it so humid the stuff drips out of your sinuses.)
