Does anyone else lose the ability to reason, concentrate and focus when they have a migraine?

It's not even that bad right now and all I want to do is sit in the dark and listen to my ears ring...

Why are you on the computer?

And to answer your question, yes.

Sorry to hear about your migraine. I can relate and sympathize. What is is with so many of us getting migraines lately? Is it that we're talking about them more... or is there something in the air? The water??

Ugh.

In any case... if you can manage to get some sleep in a dark room, do that. It works the best for me.

KQ: Cuz I'm at work. T_T

Kat: I've always gotten them. I useda get them so frequently I just sorta got in the habit of trudging through when I got them. But with a change in diet and increased exercize I only get them a time or two a month now.

Anyway the pain isn't that bad right now but the "Migaine Haze" is keeping me from functioning properly.

I hate the migraine haze.

I second KQ: tell someone you're sick and go home and take a nap.

If I went home everytime I had a migraine I'd get fired. It happens too often.

There comes a point when I'll go home... I'm not there yet...

(But I think I'll skip my walk today. walking 2 miles in 90 degree heat won't help.)
