The Magic 8-ball says* "It's possible."

*Note, Magic 8-ball is likely less accurate than Myr.

That isn't always true... [Wink] Sometimes it might be MORE accurate than her. [Big Grin]

Isn't the Myr a race of robots in Magic: The Gathering?

(I bring this up only because "Omega Myr" is where I got my name from. For those who know anything about the game: Yes, I know it's a horrible card, but I thought it might be funny.)

I was unaware I was a race of robots O_O

Good thing you didn't type out Myr or there might be lots of confusion.

And Elizabeth - YES! I wanted to go Saturday because that is Donna the Buffalo Day... is it a bad idea to buy tickets there? Should I get them ahead of time? Oh oh oh and what about the band that sounded so cool with the really weird name, aren't they playing?

The band with the weird name? Weirder than Donna the Buffalo? hee hee.

You should have no problem getting tickets for Saturday. I have no cell phone, but we could decided where to meet at a certain time.

Hooray!

Hahaha I guess I meant "exotic name". I'm just too lazy to look up the thread. So are you actually camping at the park? Or at nearby camp sites?

Yes, we will be camping there. You have to stick around a bit after, to see all the little Zydeco campsites. They set up dance floors with lights, and there are really good bands playing.

HAHAHAHA crossgeektual! Amazing.

Will definitely stay to see the after-music music!

I haven't been to the park in years, I have no idea where would be a good place to meet. Any ideas? If it's going to be chaotic and hard to find people there's always a possibility of meeting outside the park, or at the Umbrella Factory or something.

Myr,
Do you still have my phone number?
What time are you planning on getting there? we will have been there since Friday, so meeting outside would be hard. It would not be hard to meet at one of the vendor booths, though. Or at the playground, which is right in the middle of everything.
Aidan is in a guitar workshop, but I forget what time. We will figure it out, though.

Alright... I probably don't have your phone number since my phone is currently busy being dead. I don't have any plans time-wise so we can schedule meeting around the guitar workshop, whenever's convenient for you. Meeting at the playground sounds like a good idea. Is there a way to find out what time the workshop is at?

It looks like 10-noon on Saturday.

Also, Myr, there are Zydeco dance lessons. Wanna? Not sure what day.

Ohhhhh! I do! Though me and dancing are two things that don't go together very well, I love trying!

Would you want to meet right after the workshop? (Unless there is cool stuff going on before noon that I would be missing)

That sounds great! Dancing and I and Steve are three things that dont go together, but I just love watching those Zydeco dancers, and darn it, maybe this is a dance I can get.

[Big Grin] Great! Playground at noon - noon oh five.

Will this be "mayflied" now? Should I start spewing secrets knowing that no one will see them? I feel like I should O_o
