. . . even when it makes me cry. Actually, probably especially when it makes me cry. I don't generally appreciate the more political ones, but the others are great.

What's your favorite cartoon strip?

There was a whole sequence when Seth was first diagnosed, romanylass. I don't think it's available (at least not for free) online anymore though.

9 Chickweed Lane

That is my favourite current-running strip, though I love For Better or For Worse as well. Calvin and Hobbes and The Far Side get awards and favouritism, but they are no longer running.

I think For Better or For Worse is my favourite, because there's so many crazy similarities with my family (there was even a character once with my first name *and* surname!). Calvin and Hobbes is the funniest though, and I like The Far Side and Sherman's Lagoon as well.

my all time favorite would have to be Calvin and Hobbes. My favorite of those that are still being written/produced is Count Your Sheep

Any rpg fans?

Then Order of the Stick is a must read.

And Penny Arcade for everyone else. Except kids.

My favorite strip? That's actually really, really hard to decide. I have a top ten, but some of them are so different that it's like comparing apples to, say, towels.

Little Dee is my new favorite strip (M-Sat, and that link goes to the first week). The other ones I read every time they update are Penny Arcade (MWF, warnings for occasional language), Real Life (M-F), Goats (M-Th, stronger warning for that one), and Mac Hall (sporadic).

I had never seen that one before, Rivka. It had me crying in my frosted flakes.

I, too, really like "For Better or For Worse". Also, "Rose is Rose", "Zits", "Sally Forth", and "Baldo". And I miss "The Far Side" really, really badly.

Zits is incredible, especially when I read it with my dad. We see it from both sides of the fence.

Offline, my favorites are probably Calvin and Hobbes and Pearls Before Swine. Both are funny with some intelligent underneath. Good stuff. Online, I read Penny Arcade, Ctrl+Alt+Del, Mac Hall, and Megatokyo.

EDIT: I miss reading Pearls Before Swine each morning before school. I'm too cheap to pay for a newspaper subscription here at school, so now the only time I read the comics is when I'm back at home.

Frazz ROCKS. It's my favorite comic that's still running. Probably because it is rather similar to Calvin & Hobbes, my favorite comic ever.

My newspaper doesn't run comics. We do get a political cartoon on Sunday, though.

If we've been good all week.

Because I'm too lazy to find it online each morning? Actually, that's not true. I just never think about it.

Ahh yes. Forgot about Frazz and Pearls before Swine. I just discovered Frazz a few months ago, and immediately fell in love with it, probably because I find it so similar to Calvin and Hobbes. My only complaint is that the children look to similar to each other.

PvP is one of my favorites online (http://www.pvponline.com).

In the newspaper funnies, I really like Pearls Before Swine, although I occasionally feel an urge to tell Pastis to lighten up.
