I've heard talk of an online service much like Gutenberg project (which posts works of literature that have passed into public domain on the Internet) that puts up audio recordings of old books. Has anyone else heard of this, and does anyone know where it is?
I've pretty much given up on breaking up Jane Eyre into little chunks so I can read it in the Notes feature on my iPod, but I'd love to get an audiobook version. So please, donate a link today and help build a bright tomorrow in which teenagers, rather than illegally downloading music to play on their MP3 players, legally download classic works of literature and listen to them while going to their Waffle House shoot-out.
