My wife just found spring roll wraps on sale. Now she wants me to figure out what to put in them. Besided cabbage, any ideas.

Good luck! Spring rolls are way tricky to get right -- I mean, they'll still be good since they're home made... but it's really hard to make restaurant-quality ones that don't fall apart, aren't too greasy, etc. (But, if you like a challenge...)

I perfer a few pieces of meat, carrot, & cilantro. In my experience, spring rolls are easy to make, but then again, I do make them a lot, it's just so simple- put stuff in corner, roll about half way, fold in side corners, finish rolling.

I love making fruit spring rolls. Bananas, apples, and sometimes stewed peaches do really well with a bit of cinamon.

Salad rolls-- using fresh wrappers, greens, veggies such as carrots and radishes, a little bit of meat/fish/seafood, maybe some crunchy noodles, rolled open-ended and cut in half.
