Some of you may remember that I've been battling a rash on my legs for the past few years. After seeing doctors numerous times, it was determined that it was likely due to stress. Waah!
It got REALLY bad earlier this year when I got so stressed out about something that I broke out in a full body rash. My legs were itchy as heck, leading to bleeding, scabs, cracked skin.... which eventually became so painful that I'd wince every time I squatted because the scabs would break.
I am VERY HAPPY to report that my legs are almost back to normal now! I think the progress is a combination of going back on anti-depressants (and finding one that WORKS) and using tar therapy to help keep my legs moisturized. YAY!!!
