Windows explorer is not allowing me to move, delete, copy, nor rename folders. I don't get any error message or beep -- it just doesn't do it.

Does this sound familiar to anyone?

I'm able to do all of that except deletion from a DOS prompt.

I am also able to do all of that with files -- just not directories.
