A 16-year-old kid from Fort Lauderdale took to heart a lesson on "immersion journalism" from one of his highschool courses, and showed up in the AP office in Baghdad looking for a job.
His mom calls him "a good kid. Naive, but nice." or something like that.
Dad say's he's going to slap him, but he'll be glad to have him home.

Both. He is apparently an incredibly idealistic and naive 16-yr old. Stupid and an aspiring journalist, I think.
