Overall it is A Good Thing, as he could be a stick in the mud and some of you will remember issues I've vented about here.
His laidback style made it very easy to work for him in the beginning, until I started transgressing on some of his territories. Overall he is a good person and means well.
Things still are up in the are as to what will happen next.
