This was a pretty fun game, once I got into the groove of playing.

Pretty much, you buy farms, marketplaces, mines, etc, and play with taxes and food rations to keep your dots happy and alive.

Helpful hint: the neighboring city attacks you, and you defeat them by playing tic tac toe, not the size of your army.

My score: 155291

Um... ok, about that whole army thing... yeah... it seems as if when you actually beat the game instead of just losing on your last turn, you actually have to fight the the in rock paper scissors. So... if you plan on winning, you should probably have around 300 guys.
