Anyway, I lent my monitor to a friend, come back tonight, give it a cookie, and the monitor is all screwed up. Not sure exactly what is wrong -- basically, the eyes are much darker than they should be. Fiddling with the brightness/contrast feature is doign nothing. It's hard to see exactly what is going on; while it's still possible, and quite feasable, it is very unpleasant.
Any advice?
