THe electricity breakers are making funny electric noises when I plug in my lappy. Its a sunday, so I probably wouldn't be able to contact the management. There are plenty of things in the closet that could catch fire easily, so I'll just set them aside for now. I'm running on battery power, which frankly, sucks. When I try to plug it in again, the noises start. The only thing that is on is my computer and a few household appliances such as the fridge, clock, etc. So I don't think the problem is too much pressure on the breaker. Perhaps it is just broken? I wish my brother were here, he is an electritian...
