Leave it buried for the next generation of archeologists, or the generation afterwards. The finders of KingTutankhamun destroyed most of the information that could have been gleaned from an intact Tomb. Considering the crudity of current technology and current preservation methods, opening the pyramid today will similarly cause a large portion of the valuable information contained within to be destroyed.

There are actually a fair number of non-invasive imaging techniques available these days that could be used on the site without disturbing anything.
But yeah, I agree with aspectre that it isn't a bad thing that the site will sit unexplored. I shudder to think of Schliemann tearing through Troy looking for treasure.

When I go to the Metropolitan Museum in New York, and see the Egyptian exhibit with its pyramid stuff, I like to say that my people built that, when we were slaves in Egypt.
